This cosplayer is Kipi, an extremely well known cosplayer across the internet and several countries. She has her own website, and speaks little English. There is no way that this is her. Take down the pictures before you are banned, Mairu.
I wonder why you're pretending to be Kipi. Meh, it's not like you're the FIRST to pretend to be someone you are not, and cosplaying has enough drama in it without people like you, so why even bother wondering.
